Tell them they are going to learn how to produre the sound of the letter oa in the word door and that the letter d in the word boat. Produce the sounds oa and d a few times. Ask Ss to say what they think about when they hear these sounds. Play the recording for Ss to listen ask they read the chant in their book. Clap the rhythm.
