Đào tạo tiến sĩ các ngành Khoa học xã hội ở Australia và một số khuyến nghị cho Việt Nam

On April 4th, 2017, the Minister of Education and Training promulgated the new doctoral training regulation consisting of many strict rules focusing on admission, supervisors and conditions for dissertation defence. In order to have information to benchmark doctoral training in our country with that of foreign countries, this paper discusses the processes of PhD admission and training in social sciences in Australia. In addition, the research provides several recommendations to enhance the quality of doctoral training in domestic institutions.
