Cộng hưởng electron-phonon trong dây lượng tử hình chữ nhật
Electron-phonon interaction and electron-phonon resonance (EPR) in the infinite rectangular quantum wire has been studied theoretically using type II state dependent projection operator technique. From the graphs showing the dependence of absorption powers on the laser frequency we obtained the graphs describing the dependence of the half linewidths on temperature and wire’s size. The obtained results show that the height of resonance peaks and the half linewidths are proportional to temperature and inversely proportional to the wire’s size
